Tonight’s delicious treat was unexpected. I saw we had some bananas that were going bad and I thought I’d try something new! Our new air fryer has put us on a quest to see how many fruits and vegetables work well in the fryer. The dessert tonight I whipped up not only was delicious, but took no time at all!
Air Fried Bananas
Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp. Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp. Gluten-free Bread Crumbs
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- Drizzle Avocado oil
Directions
Place coconut flour and bread crumbs in separate bowel. Beat egg with cinnamon and vanilla in another bowl. Slice banana and cover in flour. Next, dip the banana in egg mixture and then roll in bread crumbs. Lightly drizzle some oil on banana’s and place in fryer pan. Air Fry for 8 minutes on 360° shaking the bananas halfway through.
